  6. Upon arrival in Russia, you must visit the visa department of the university (112/113 office, 1st floor, 28 Grazhdansky Avenue). In the customs area, you have to fill out a migration card, and once the customs officer has stamped it, you have to keep it with you at all times until you leave Russia.
